At our hotel, we offer yoga classes led by Donatella, a teacher with a wide experience in this ancient discipline. Combining a healthy spa holiday on the island of Ischia with yoga sessions no doubt is a way to further benefit from the natural wellness program you can follow at our Resort. Everyone knows about the benefits of yoga practice: it improves the overall functioning of our body and mind, resulting in more elastic joints, stronger muscles, alignment of limbs and spine, global harmony. Yoga is also very suitable for sportspeople, especially for runners, as a complementary activity and to enhance the ability to keep focused during races. We also offer specific programs designed to treat different ailments such as chronic backache, immunodeficiency, hypertension, insomnia, depression and menopausal symptoms.
