A Cooking Class to “touch” the ingredients of the local food and wine tradition
Among the natural scenography of the Ischia landscape,
our executive chef
Giovanni Buonomano,
custodian of traditional island recipes,
will pass on to guests the secrets for composing tasty typical dishes based on ingredients selected from a short supply chain.
A mix of flavors and aromas that will accompany the guests’ memories
even on their return home.
In the kitchen we will all work together and following the Chef’s instructions
step by step we will create a tasty 3-course menu:
First course of fresh made pasta,
Second dish
Dessert
and then at the table, before enjoying the result of the funny teamwork,
let’s cheer together with our bubbles
